June Mindfulness Programs
Thursday, 6/22, from 6-6:30pm will be the last regular “Mindful Moments” session of the season. However, we will have an additional special Spring “Wrap Up” session on Thursday, 6/29, from 6pm-7pm. Please click here for more information.
New Wellness Book Discussion Group
Join us for the first meeting of our new “Wellness Book Group,” on Tuesday, June 27th at 6:30pm. This group, which will be meeting once a month, will discuss books on topics related to various aspects of health and wellness. The first book discussed will be “Brain Maker,” by David Perlmutter.  If you would like to order a copy of the book, please stop by the Reference desk, or call us at (508)210-5569.
